Filezilla Pro works fine! I have same problem with Sierra Beta, but after, I download the Sierra Final with Filezilla 3.22 and I don't have problem. I purchased FileZilla Pro in desperation. Established an sftp connection from my mac High Sierra to my site on and created a new directory ok, but all attempts to upload files from my Mac High Sierra failed.
